LAS OLAS HOTEL

Las Olas Hotel consists of 8 rooms and each room comes with: private bathroom, hot water showers, ceiling fans, lock boxes for valuables, and small refrigerator. Daily maid service is provided to ensure a clean, comfortable environment.
Main Building:
Cabina 1 - 1/2 pp; located on ground floor above pool; a/c ; double bed & single bed.
Cabina 2 - 1/2 pp; located on ground floor above pool; double bed & single bed.
Cabina 3 - 1/3 pp; located on second floor; 2 single beds & 1 double bed; balcony w/ ocean view.
Cabina 4 - 1/3 pp; located on second floor; 2 double beds; balcony w/ ocean view.
Skybox Suite - 2/3pp; located on third floor; open air room w/ ocean view; double bed in 4th floor loft; 2 single beds downstairs; common area with couches; $20 extra per person/night for Skybox Suite.
Ranchos (3) - 2/5pp; 2 floor A-Frame “Chalets” located on ground level closest to beach; downstairs consists of a bunk bed, 1 single bed & bathroom; top floor has a double bed & 1 single bed.
Las Olas Hotel also contains a front desk with tour & travel info, private parking lot, swimming pool, and beachfront Las Olas Restaurante. A two floor “deck” is located beachfront next to the restaurante and is made of Costa Rican hardwood, with rocking chairs and bench seating so you can watch as fellow surfers get “barreled” in front of the hotel. There is a also a “hammock refuge” area below a bamboo roof to relax, read a book, or think about how nice it is to be away from the “rat race”.
SURFSIDE HOTEL
Surfside Hotel is located adjacent to Las Olas Hotel and consists of 4 Cabinas each with a/c, refrigerator, private bathroom and kitchenette. Surfside House is a 2 floor beachfront house with same amenities as the Cabinas and can sleep up to 4/5pp. $20 extra per person per night for the Surfside House.
