Wavehunters uses a business and service model that is internet & email based in the interests of applying 21st century technologies to streamline our client and operator communications. Unlike "Internet Booking Engines", Wavehunters has live agents who respond to internet and email inquiries with experienced and personalized service. We monitor emails 7 days per week and have no set office hours so contact us anytime.

Initial trip inquiries should be made by submitting on online TRIP INQUIRY FORM if you're certain of the trip you'd like to book, or sending an email to wavehunters@wavehunters.com if you require more info or suggestions. We also accept live calls when an agent is available, or voice mail inquires, and will return your call based on the priority and urgency of the booking request in the event we are not able to assist you immediately.

All inquiries sent by email should include your Destination in the
Subject line and:

• First and last name of all travelers
• Telephone number to contact you
• Departure city
• Dates of travel (arrival and departure).

Please note we will be unable to reply to any emails which lack this essential information.

TOUR PRICING and TOUR AVAILABILITY are updated daily on the website specific to each Wavehunters’ destination and operation. For tour pricing or availability please see the website first prior to contacting an agent. All tour prices are in US dollars. Tour prices do not include airfare unless specified.
