AQUADESIAC : The Boat
NW Costa Rica/Nicaragua Boat Charters
The Aquadesiac (formerly the Giuseppina) is a beautiful replica of a classic Grand Banks Trawler that was custom built by Fibroplastico SA in San Jose, Costa Rica in 1996. This 48 foot motor yacht is powered by two, 135 horsepower Cummins turbo diesel engines which give it a cruising speed of 10 to 12 knots.

She is equipped with 3 staterooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms (each outfitted with showers and hot water), a full kitchen, salon, lower and upper pilothouses. Relax inside or on the fully cushioned bow deck. Topside consists of a spacious sundeck complete with patio chairs, a barbeque, and cushioned bench-style seats in the shade of the upper pilothouse.

The Aquadesiac is equipped with comfortable sleeping facilities or if you choose, you may spend the night under the stars on the fully cushioned bow deck.
She meets Coast Guard standards with lifejackets, fire extinguishers, first aid equipment and is approved for 22 passengers (though we limit surf charters to a comfortable 6 passengers + crew). Other safety features include sonar, GPS, radar, autopilot and an auto-navigation plotter to insure worry-free travel under any conditions.
The Aquadesiac is also equipped with 2 bathrooms complete with showers, 500 gallons of fresh water, a 110 volt generator, huge sundeck with barbeque, large salon and a 1200 mile range so no destination is too far.
