The world famous surf break, Draculas, and the super consistent Boilers, is at the end of the Point as you look north. A whole array of empty rights peel unridden to the south. The development was completed in July ’08 and its better than we could ever have hoped. There are more facilities than any other accommodation in the region and the stunning location makes it exclusive but still accessible. Location and Facilities
The Tiggers Bay development is located in a small fishing village called Tigouert, 10 minutes drive north of Taghazout on the coast road to Essaouira. One of many reasons we invested in this project was that the location is closer to the waves that you end up surfing more than 50% of the time. Draculas and other secret spots can be seen from balconies and bedroom windows. Boilers, the region’s most consistent Point break is only 2 minutes up the road, Tamri, the beach break where there is always a wave, is only 10 minutes away and you can get to the long easy rights of Imsouane in 45 minutes. There are never ending uncrowded rights to the south and because you’re right there you’ll never miss a session. On top of all this the famous waves of Taghazout are only a short drive away, and with Surf Maroc bases now located along the coastline, we know better than ever where the surf is best.
The location is stunning and with nothing else around there are amazing views of mountain beach an ocean in every direction. If you are not here to surf, or want to relax after those long sessions this is the perfect place to escape from it all, in peaceful and beautiful surroundings and with everything you need at hand in one place.
