Wavehunters uses a business and service model that is internet & email based in the interests of applying 21st century technologies to streamline our client and operator communications.

We have divided Wavehunters tour product range geographically into regions
overseen by regional managers directly in charge of those destinations.

1) Initial trip inquiries should be made by submitting on online TRIP INQUIRY FORM or sending an email directly to the agent in charge of the destination(s) you are inquiring about (see list of agents below). We will also accept voice mail inquires and return your call based on the priority and urgency of the booking request.

2) All inquiries sent by email should include: * First and last name of all travelers * Telephone number to contact you * Destination * US departure city * Dates of travel (arrival and departure). Please note we will be unable to reply to any emails which lack this essential information.

3) TOUR PRICING and TOUR AVAILABILITY are updated daily on the website specific to each Wavehunters destination and operation. For tour pricing or availability please see the website prior to contacting an agent. All tour prices are in US dollars.

4) Tour prices do not include airfare unless specified.
