Airport Transfers:
Cost: $90.00 each way (1-2 persons only)- Vehicle: Mitsubishi Pickup Truck

Important Notes:
1) 2 nights minimum stay required. 1 night bookings only accepted within 5 days of arrival.
2) Kids ages 5-12 in adult room pay $30/night per child. Kids 4 or under are free. 13 and older pays adult rate
3)Passports: All foreigners entering El Salvador must have a minimum of 6 months validity on their passport beyond the date they are departing El Salvador.
4) Airport Transfers: Las Flores only operates airport transfers from 6am to 6pm daily. If you have a flight arriving after 6pm local time or departing EL Salvador before 830am local time a first or last night airport hotel is required. The Quality Real Aeropuerto is 1km from the airport and has rooms starting from $120/nt + tax with free airport shuttle and breakfast included.
5)A 10% Service charge will be added to the bar and incidentals tab at checkout.
6)Additional costs in El Salvador: -Tourist card $10 upon arrival.
7)Check-in: 2pm* * Guests arriving at LFSC prior to check-in time will be provided secure storage for luggage and enjoy use of all facilities until their room is ready for check-in. In the event a room is available prior to the scheduled check-in time we will expedite your check-in process.
8)Check-out time: 12noon** **Late check-out up to 6pm may be confirmed at the front desk on the morning of your departure based on availability. A late check-out fee of $40.00 per room will apply.

Surfing or Coastal Excursions
Includes: - Up to 3 hour excursion by panga with captain, drinks (non-alcoholic) and snacks provided
Cost: $120.00 up to 4pp. Additional persons $30 each.
Surfing Lessons
1-hour private lesson with surf instructor/coach, surfboard rental, leash and wax provided
Cost: $45.00
Fishing:
Nearshore: $250.00 (up to 3 hours nearshore)
Offshore: $450.00 (up to 6 hours offshore). Advanced reservations required.
Includes fully-equipped panga with radio, GPS, drinks (non-alcoholic) and snacks provided.
Reservations/Deposits:
1)If Reservation is made within 30 days of arrival 100% prepayment is required.
2)If Reservation is made outside 30 days of arrival a 50% deposit is required. Remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
1)Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival: Reservations may be rescheduled with no fee (subject to any change in rate if rescheduled for high season). 25% penalty of the reservation total for cancellation/refund.
2)Cancellations made between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival: Reservations may be rescheduled with a fee of $100.00 (subject to any change in rate if rescheduled for high season). 50% penalty of the reservation total for cancellation/refund.
3)Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: Reservations may be rescheduled with a fee of 50% of the reservation total. 100% penalty for cancellation.
