Serving only the freshest ingredients from the sea and the earth, enjoy the nutrients and the life-giving energies from healthy food that your body requires. A-la-carte breakfast and lunch menus, set 3-course dinner menus (w/seafood, meat or vegetarian entrée selection), and theme buffets such as our famed seafood buffet and traditional Salvadorian night, provide a diverse culinary experience.

Mangos Bar serves a selection of refreshing smoothies, natural juices, and energy drinks in addition to a full bar service with domestic and international beers, wines, champagnes, and top shelf liquor selection.

Note: Las Flores Resort guests are provided bottled drinking water and other non-alcoholic beverages including natural juices, milk, coffee, tea, plus sodas with meals as standard inclusions in their resort package. Smoothies, and bottled and canned flavored or carbonated beverages are chargeable. Beer, wine and mixed alcoholic drinks are sold from the bar.
