Fishing
We have world-class fishing in the deeper waters surrounding Tavarua Island. Yellow Fin, Walu, Wahoo, and Sailfish are just a few of the local catches. Scheduled fishing boats can be arranged and guided by one of our experienced local staff. Record catches are recorded on the "Fish Boards" in the restaurant, and we are all rewarded with fresh sashimi and poki!

Diving & Snorkeling

Snorkeling
Crystal clear tropical waters, abundant coral and reef fish make Fiji a diving destination. Tavarua Island is no exception. The living reef that lines our boat channel make for convenient and memorable snorkeling experiences. We have equipment of all sizes available on island for your use.

Scuba Diving
Tavarua Island partners with a private scuba service for a multitude of different dives for both experienced and novice divers, including introduction and certification courses. Extra charges will apply.

Stand Up Paddleboards & Kayaks
Our lagoon is the perfect setting for kayaking and if you're keen, try our stand up paddle boarding. Single and Double seating kayaks and multiple sizes of paddleboards all are available for your use here on the island.
