Located on the north side of "las positas" beach, at only minutes from Mancora’s downtown, Casa de Playa is synonymous with relaxation, excellent service, and fun beach activities, with more than 20 rooms, all of them with private bathroom and hot water located only a few steps from the warm sand. There is a large swimming pool with ocean view for kids and adults, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The bar and restaurant services are also available at the beach all day long. When the sun shines high and after a refreshing swim - it’s always a perfect occasion to ask for a Grouper Tiradito with Rocoto sauce or a delicious Bloody Mary. There is Direct TV at the Bar.

The hotel has private parking and 24 hour security. WIFI internet is available on the property. We consider Casa de Playa as one of the most exclusive hotels in the area. Located at kilometer marker 1216 of the Old Panamerican Highway, accessed only by tourists and local traffic. Enjoy any of our 24 ocean-front rooms, with private bathroom, hot water, ceiling fan, terrace or balcony with hammocks and beach chairs. The rooms do not contain a TV or DVD, however the hotel rents TV and DVD players for 35soles per day (about $13US). Check-in time is 1pm and Check-out time is 12 noon.

Pool Upper Level : Rooms at second floor or level, located back from the pool, with panoramic sea view.

Pool Lower Level : Rooms at first floor or level, located back from the pool, with sea view.

From ceviches to pastas, fresh creative salads and fusion seafood dishes come and enjoy one of the most delicious places to eat and drink in the Mancora area.
