What kind of supervision is there at camp for minor children?
We do not provide any direct supervision of minors. However, the Las Salinas area is one with little to do as far as nightlife and partying goes. This means that minors will have a much harder time trying to get into trouble than if you let them go to Costa Rica, where the nightlife is a major attraction in many areas.
What about health issues? Is it safe to travel in Nicaragua?
Nicaragua has been gaining much popularity in recent years as the economy is building, crime is dropping and people are realizing what an amazing country this really is. Popoyo Surf Lodge is located in a very safe area, however if you are not conscious of your surroundings and paying attention to potential dangers, traveling anywhere can be dangerous.
