Deluxe Accommodation : Casa Iguana Mar y Sol
Casa Iguana Mar y Sol is a large, new, private house which was built with 5 separate entry suites. It is a three-story property with spacious living units and unbelievable views of the Pacific Ocean and marina. Casa Iguana Mar y Sol is only 100 meters from the shoreline and is the finest, most carefully finished property on the island of San Cristobal. Each of the second-floor suites has a private entrance, private bathroom (with warm-water shower) and spacious sitting area. All suites open onto a large, covered walkway with balcony seating.
Guests are invited to use a shared bar and kitchen area on the Terrace Floor (third-floor) where breakfast will be provided daily. An elegant Honeymoon/Penthouse Suite is completed on the third-floor.

General information about your room
All of our doors, windows, beds and tables are handmade of native wood. Each room has a private entrance. Our beds are new, very comfortable and are covered with a mattress pad and high-quality linens. The linens are changed once per week (or, of course, with each guest's arrival) in order to preserve our natural resources (other accommodations can be made upon request). You will enjoy a beautiful view and fresh breeze through your oversize windows. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot-water shower. The price quoted per room includes up to 2 guests. Additional fees apply if more than 2 guests will occupy the reserved room.
Food/Drink
You will be served a complete, freshly cooked breakfast each morning, prepared in our own kitchen. A common kitchen area is located on the terrace floor with a microwave, ice maker. Clean, filtered drinking water is provided free of charge. Beer, wine and soda can be purchased based on availability and are often available with advance notice (and placed in your room’s refrigerator). Local women can be hired to prepare special meals. In addition, there are many restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk.
Other Amenities
Each room is supplied with shampoo, soap, (ADD ANYTHING ELSE). We are happy to loan, free of charge, hairdryer, curling iron, beach towels, snorkels and masks. We are happy to pick you up and return you to the airport free of charge. Just look for the sign with your name on it!
Entertainment
TV (No Cable/Satellite) : There is a TV in 4 of the 5 suites, but the channels offered are not of the quality usual to US standards.
Kitchen
Shared Kitchen: Owners' kitchen will make breakfast. Refrigerator : A new mini refrigerator in each suite. With prior notice can be stocked with beer, wine, soda. Always clean filtered drinking water provided free. Microwave: in terrace bar area, and Honeymoon Suite
Outdoor Features
Balcony : Large covered, exquisite view of the ocean. Wraps around 3 sides of the house.
View/Location
Beach View : 100 meters from the ocean side. Ocean View: 100 meters from water's edge. 5 minute walk to the middle of "town". Property hosts lava lizards, finches, warblers, a few shy snakes.
Communications
Telephone : In Ecuador all outgoing calls have a charge. You may use my home phone for local, mainland Ecuador, or USA for 25 cents/minute -WiFi (Wireless Internet).

Internet cafes within 5 minutes walking distance, telephone cabins within 5 minute walk, spacious open and covered terrace relaxing space, Bank and ATM machine within 5 min walk, hairdryer, curling iron, beach towels, 2 snorkel and masks, sewing kit, B/P cuff, etc. to loan.
Restrictions
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace floor. We are child-friendly however our outside spiral staircase and abundant lava rock will require careful and constant parental monitoring. English and Spanish are spoken fluently at Casa Iguana Mar y Sol
