Utopia's master plan calls for 8 luxury, designer villas w/private infinity pools spanning a stunning, densely forested clifftop oceanfront property. Because of its unique topography, all residences at Utopia will have commanding, unobstructed views of your second home- the Pacific ocean and Punta Las Flores. The community will feature a private internal access road, walking trails and designer landscaping. Utopia owners will enjoy convenient beach access and use of all Las Flores Surf Club's 4- star resort facilities and services. Utopia's master plan also includes a state-of-the-art cliffside spa and clubhouse complete with a gym, mens' and womens' saunas, private massage stalls w/ocean view, health bar, VIP lounge, meeting areas, infinity pool and sundecks suspended over the Pacific ocean below.

Utopia en Las Flores Urban Plan
The development concept is to integrate the architecture with the site's unique topography and nature with a modern view of living.
Roads & Access : There will be only 2 entrances to Utopia en Las Flores, an internal access road which branches off after the gated entrance to Las Flores Surf Club, and a service entrance which will remain locked when not in use. The roads within the development are designed for golf cart access so that there is no big city vehicle circulation (except necessary, licensed service vehicles). Each villa will include one Golf Cart for its guests and an additional cart can be rented.
Ecological Preservation : There will be many landscaped spaces including childrens' playgrounds, community gardens, protected forest reserve, In Heaven yoga space with 360 degree astounding views on its own cliff, etc.
All cables : (electrical, phone, internet) and pipes (water/drainage/sewage) will be underground so that there is no distraction from the landscape and natural attractions.
Electricity : Electricity is already available at Utopia en Las Flores via national power supply and backup 30KVA generator shared with the resort. Additional backup generators will be implemented during construction. In the future solar power will also supplement the conventional electrical power supply.
Communications : Telephone/intercom, DSL/WIFI, and Direct TV services are already available for Utopia en Las Flores residences and these technologies are already in use at Las Flores Surf Club. All villas will be connected to the resort's central phone & intercom system for easy communications.
Water : Pure, drinkable water is supplied by Las Flores Surf Club's natural well, cistern, and pumping and purification system. This infrastructure is already in place at Las Flores Surf Club and will be expanded and fortified to meet the supply needs of Utopia en Las Flores residences.
Security & Privacy : Due to its unique topography (2 sides are sheer cliffs, and the other 2 sides a steep grade only negotiable by internal trails and access roads) the property is naturally isolated and secure. Utopia en Las Flores will exist within the larger perimeter of Las Flores Surf Club which is patrolled by 24/7 armed security. Beach access is by way of 2 separate trails or 1 access road through Las Flores Surf Club. Owners can walk freely from their villas to the resort or beach all within a fully secured perimeter.
