Las Flores Resort is only 2 hours from San Salvador international airport-- the most accessible airport in Central America serviced by daily nonstop flights from major hubs including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Washington Dulles, Newark, New York Kennedy and Toronto, Canada. For convenience our packages include RT airport to hotel transfers.
Family-friendly Accommodation:
Las Flores Resort is a 4-star rated boutique hotel which also operates a “Surf Club”. Our hotel offers professional guest services w/fully staffed front desk, 24/7 professional security, and other departments in keeping with the expectations of a 4-star rated boutique hotel. Our spacious suites are designed with the layout and bedding to sleep a family in comfort and privacy. Jr. Suites have 2 double beds + 1 twin bed and can sleep a family of 4. 2 bedroom suites have 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds, an optional twin bed + sofa bed, and can sleep a family of 6 comfortably. Standard room amenities include direct-dial international telephone, safe, Satellite TV w/DVD player, WIFI internet access, and daily maid and towel service. Premium Suites have superior ocean views with the additional amenities of 32in. Plasma TV and Minibar service.

Las Flores Resort’s new kids playground lies adjacent to our beachside lounge and seaside restaurant so parents may easily supervise their kids in a safe environment. Our main swimming pool is child-friendly with a shallow section and stairs to enter. Kids can roam the resort and beach areas, engage local village children for a positive cultural experience, or enjoy facilities ranging from regulation sized pool table and pingpong tables, to Plasma TV w/Satellite in the main lobby w/ children’s programming available.
Kids menu & dining options:
Our restaurant Entre Cocos features a complete and healthy kids menu, in addition to our regular a-la-carte menu for breakfast and lunch, vegetarian menu, 3 course nightly dinner w/seafood, meat or vegetarian selection, and theme nights (plenty of selection and variety). Our bar also offers a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages including smoothies made w/local fruit, bottled water, juices, milk and powerades. Our premium suites also feature minibars for your added convenience. Surfing:
In contrast to many surf trips in Central America which require a lot of traveling time outside of the hotel to access the best surf in the area, Las Flores Resort lies directly in front of the break at Las Flores. Las Flores Surf Club is also the ultimate spectator arena and our restaurant features elevated views of the main lineup great for shooting photos or video of your family members. Our boat trips to Punta Mango take only 20min. of travel time and the average total trip length including surf session is about 3 hours (just enough time to sneak away). For kids and non-surfing spouses, the beach at Las Flores has a sand bottom and is very gradual so the inside reforms are ideal for playing in the waves, boogieboarding or for beginner level surfing. Las Flores Surf Club has its own surf school with resident surf instructors.
Save big on Airline Board fees and hassles:
We offer a complete selection of surfboard rentals at Las Flores Surf Club with over 20 surfboards currently ranging from 6-0 to 7-10 shortboards to 8-0 to 9-2 epoxy longboards. Rental fees are $50/week or $10/day for most boards, and $100/week or $20/day for the high performance shortboards. With major airlines now charging $100-$150 each way per board bag for board fees (if they allow surfboards at all), if you do the math here it costs per surfer as little as $50/week to rent, and somewhere between $200-$300 to bring your own boards, so for a family this can mean big savings.
